Golbat loves to drink the blood of people and pokemon. It attacks in a stealthy manner from behind, without warning, and clamps down on its prey with its four needle-sharp fangs. It can drain more than 10 ounces of blood in one gulp. Once it strikes, it won't stop draining energy from the victim even if it gets too heavy to fly properly. Its fangs puncture the toughest of hides and have small holes for greedily sucking blood. Its own blood type changes to that of its victim. Golbat becomes particularly active on inky, pitch-black moonless nights. It flits around in the night sky in search of neck veins and fresh blood.
