Seiyuu: Tomokazu Seki
Touya is Sakura's older brother. He goes to Northwest High School, right next to Sakura's school. One of his favorite things to do is to tease Sakura(he's her older brother, it’s what he does best, LOL.) He usually rides his bike to school with his best friend(and discreet lover), Yukito. Toya also gets many different part-time jobs whenever he can. In fact, a running gag in the show is that wherever Sakura is, Toya always has a job that's right in the area(for example, if she's at a restaurant, he's the waiter.)
Though it's not always obvious, Toya does have some magical powers. He can see things that others can't(such as the ghost of his mother), and he can tell that there's something not quite right about Sakura's orange plush toy! However, in order to save Yukito from disappearing, he gave all his magical powers to Yue.
