I love the theme song, its sooo cool. Matches really well. The plot is so dark, its amazing, how they can do that. The subbed episode 8 just came out today, so excited! Anyways, this is one of the best animes i've seen for a while. Death-note Rocks!!!

The manga is available in the US and it's very popular, so it's only a matter of time before the anime is released too, probably on TV blocks such as Adult Swim and YTV in Canada, or perhaps straight to DVD. Since the anime is still brand new in Japan, it might be a while before we see it anywhere else, but you can read the manga in the meantime if you really want to see more of the story =) Death Note is not on TV yet outside of Japan, but it probably will be eventually. That will probably change later on. The opening song to the anime is very catchy. ^^ This anime has the potential of living up to the manga, and I'm also looking forward to future episodes.
